cc:Sync was founded in 2008 by experienced internet and telecommunications entrepreneurs to harness the popularity and capabilities of mobile phones for businesses and other organizations where groups of people need to coordinate, collaborate and cooperate for a purpose.

Chris Logan, CEO
Chris is a pioneer in recurring revenue hosted services, founding one of the first Application Service Providers in 1994: Fabrik Communications provided outsourced email services to over 1000 corporate customers. The company was sold to Critical Path, in 1999. He went on to run both startups and divisions of public companies targeting corporate customers with on-demand SaaS offerings. Chris was Vice President of the Avaya On Demand Business Unit. He was also President and CEO of Driveway Corporation a leading provider of online storage. At Driveway, Chris built a business that served 8 million users and delivered hosted services that were integrated into many of the leading web sites including microsoft.com, macafee.com, lycos.com, and schwab.com. Most recently, Chris was the EVP of Business Development at LiveOps, Inc., where he was responsible for corporate strategy, indirect sales channels, and overall expansion.

Don Price, CTO
Don has the unique skills to work across both the data and voice worlds as a technical leader. Don served as CTO for the Service Provider Division & Global Managed Services Business Unit of Avaya. There Don was responsible for setting the technical vision and executing on the requirements to enable “carrier grade” applications to be deployed through the service provider network to the end user customer. At Avaya Don lead the Service Provider Division Technical Team which was responsible for developing and implementing the technical vision, architecture and product design for the Avaya on demand offers. At IBM/Lotus Don lead creation of new version of Notes to meet the needs of Service Providers, some of the first WAP/WML services in the industry, and founding member of JV such as HighDeal and Amadeus. Don has held various technology based leadership roles with Graves Truckline, FarmarCo, American Airlines, Getty/Texaco, Bankers Trust, and Lotus/IBM. Don was also co-chairman of X.400 interoperations standards, Chairman of the American Petroleum Institute Electronic Messaging Forum and three time winner of Texaco Malcom Baldridge award for quality.
